Introduction

Born in 1956, Wang Du produced at the age of sixteen posters and paintings for the Cultural Revolution. Wang Du enrolled the Guangzhou Institute of Fine Arts in 1981. He is currently living and working in Paris. Wang Du is the founder of the Southern Artists Salon. His sculptures focused on modern advertising, subliminal experiences and the relationship between the media and the public consciousness.
